  1. Pre-heat the oven (fan 180°C/ electric 200°C/ gas mark 6).
  2. Empty the beef and its sauce into the tray it came in, or a baking dish. Mix with the cooked chestnut mushrooms. Stir, then place on a baking tray and into the oven and set a timer for 25 minutes.
  3. At the same time, empty the frites onto a separate non-stick baking tray and spread evenly, place in the oven with the beef.
  4. Remove both the trays from the oven when the time has elapsed.
  5. Place the Brioche buns in the oven and set a timer for 3 minutes.
  6. With two forks, pull apart the beef bourguignon and give a nice mix.
  7. Remove the burger buns from the oven and proceed to plating up.

Plating up:

  1. Place the 2 bottom halves of the burger buns on plates and divide the bourguignon mix between the two buns.
  2. Place some pickled cucumber on top (or simply leave on the side).
  3. Top off with the burger bun lid and serve the frites on the side.
For best results, oven cook. Ensure all food is piping hot before serving. Check the instructions and timing before you start, then sit back and relax. Bon appétit! Please note that all ovens are different.
