A collab between two our our most iconic dishes, made in celebration of National Butchers' Week 2026.
Five-hour slow-cooked beef cheek bourguignon in a rich smoked bacon, mushroom and red wine sauce, topped with pickled cucumbers and tucked into a brioche bun.
It's French classic reworked and served with frites.
...A burger-gnon, if you will.
