Among a wide range of small producers the Cazes brothers have emerged as the leading name in Rivesaltes. Their estate of over 350 acres enables them to produce a variety of wines, yet it is through their sweet wines that they have gained popularity. These, known as Vins Doux Naturels, are wines of great concentration where the natural sweetness of the grape has been preserved. The Rivesaltes from Cazes are represented in the most prestigious restaurants in France.
