Chateau Saint Roch

This estate farms 44 hectares of vines in the Maury region of Roussillon. 30km from the Mediterranean sea, not far from the city of Perpignan and the border with Spain, the soils are famous black schists, which absorb the heat of the sun and create ripe wines of great concentration. Mulberry, fig, pomegranate, cherry and carob trees, as well as oaks, thyme, lavender and fennel line the vineyards, promoting a diverse ecosystem.
